Description
Pi, the sixteenth letter of the Greek alphabet, has long been recognised as a symbol with a unique connection to mathematics, knowledge, and discovery. Derived from the ancient Greek pî, it represents one of the foundational letters of the alphabet that has influenced language and written expression for centuries. Beyond its linguistic heritage, Pi is widely recognised through its use in mathematics as the symbol representing the ratio between a circle’s circumference and its diameter, becoming one of the most familiar and enduring symbols of scientific thought.
Reimagined as a timeless jewellery piece, the Pi design celebrates individuality and personal expression. Its distinctive form reflects the enduring legacy of the Greek alphabet and its connection to curiosity, exploration, and the pursuit of understanding, creating a meaningful symbol inspired by the relationship between language, knowledge, and human discovery.
Whether representing a loved one or yourself, the initial becomes a meaningful reminder of a name, a bond, or a significant moment as each letter is transformed into a personal symbol of identity and connection.

How to measure
The hands-on method
- Grab a tape measure, a length of string, or a strip of paper.
- Wrap it around the finger you'll wear your ring on — if you're creating a ring stack, consider where on your finger the ring will sit — and mark the place where it joins.
- Lay the string or paper strip on a flat surface and measure the length up to the mark. Use the chart above to match the measurement to the closest °'HRIAM ring size.
Measure an existing ring
- Choose a ring that already fits your finger well.
- Measure the interior diameter of the ring in millimetres.
- Use the chart above to match it to the closest size.
