Orders may be changed or cancelled only if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Warranty

Our jewellery comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Jewelry care

To preserve your jewellery:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals

• Store in a dry place

• Clean gently with a soft cloth

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Bespoke commissions terms & process

• The design fee is non-refundable and covers initial sketches and concept work.
• Two (2) free revision rounds are included. Further revisions are charged at a rate agreed in advance.
• The production deposit (50% of price estimate) is due after design approval, before production begins.
• Lead time is 3–6 weeks from design approval. The clock starts on approval, not receipt of the design fee.
• The final price may vary up to ±20% from the estimate. The balance is due before collection or dispatch.
• Once production has started, changes to materials or design are not possible without additional cost.
• Hriam retains the right to photograph the finished piece for portfolio use unless the client requests otherwise.
• Each bespoke piece is made to specification and is non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect exists.
