   Share your vision

   Tell us about the piece you dream of — the type (ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings…), the metal, any stones or engraving, and reference images. Book a private appointment or send your brief so we can begin.

   Design & concept

   To begin, a non-refundable design fee is paid on signing. It covers your initial sketches and concepts, with two rounds of revisions included so we can refine the design together.

   Approve & deposit

   Once you approve the design, a production deposit of 50% of the price estimate is due before crafting begins.

   Handcrafting

   Your piece is made to specification by Méri Charitonidi. Lead time is 3–6 weeks, counted from design approval — not from receipt of the design fee.

   Final balance & collection

   The final price falls within ±20% of the estimate. The remaining balance is due before collection or dispatch, and your one-of-a-kind piece is ready.
