Shipping

We offer complimentary secure shipping worldwide via DHL, with tracking provided in your shipment confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page. International shipments may be subject to customs delays.

Which pieces can be returned

Pieces made to your specification are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. That means rings ordered in a chosen size, and any piece where you choose the birthstone, star sign, Greek letter, Cycladic island or heart size. These are made for you alone, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Every other piece, including our jewellery boxes and the Cyclades tote-bag, may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Changing your mind before we begin

Because everything is made by hand, there is a window before work starts. Write to us within 48 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it and refund you in full, whatever the piece. After that the gold has usually been cast and the work cannot be stopped.

Condition of returned pieces

The piece must come back in the condition you received it, in its original packaging. You are welcome to examine it as you would in a shop. If it comes back showing wear beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Write to atelier@hriamjewels.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned piece reaches us and has been inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping, and any customs charges on international returns, are at your own cost, unless the piece was faulty or not as described.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty

Send a photograph to atelier@hriamjewels.com and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. You have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law, and nothing in this policy limits it.

Resizing

If a ring does not fit, we would far rather resize it than lose it. We offer resizing across a selection of our rings. Write to us and we will look after it.
